We love custom orders... most of our products can be adapted to your specifications. You can change sizes, shapes, fabics, colors, add custom embroidery or applique, or even add matching items to create fantastic gift sets.

Completing your order... once we have communicated and agreed upon the details of your custom order. We will bill you with a Paypal invoice sent to your email. This invoice includes a payment link to pay with Paypal using your Paypal account or many major credit cards. This invoice will contain a product description, lead time, and return policy specific to your purchase.
We do not start work on your custom products until payment is received and verified. The production time given in your invoice assumes prompt payment will be made and the time does not begin until payment has been receiced and any custom fabrics/supplies have been received.
Our custom orders can take anywhere from 5 days - 5+ weeks to complete from the time of payment. This depends on the quantity/type of items ordered and our current work load. Specific time frames will be given via our conversations and in your PayPal invoice.
